Great (if appalling) piece, Terry. Thanks for the follow recommendations, too. I wonder more and more frequently if it’s too late for Canada. When I read reporters saying things like Trudeau “won” during his testimony (such as it was), I despair. Canadians certainly haven’t won, that’s for sure.

I imagine there are not a lot of people who pray on this Substack but I do. I read these posts and take them to prayer. I believe these problems are too big to be solved in any other way and I encourage anyone and everyone to give it a try, while the nations rage....psalm 2

First off, Terry, my (usual and inadequate) praise for a job well done!

Now, as I read your work, today being a good example of your thoroughness and clarity of thought, I simply cannot avoid remembering a quote attributed (I seem to recall) to one V.I. Lenin, a fellow active in "politics" at the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century, wherein he expected that a large part of the "progress" of Communism would occur with not simply the assistance but the enthusiasm of the "useful idiots" in the western world. I cannot see that anything has changed except to the extent that it is simply worse.

At least, that is my conclusion from reading your work and that of many others. You clearly are sounding the call for this country to pay attention but the "useful idiots" in control [elected and appointed by so many just plain idiots, of course] continue to play ostrich and ignore and deny the true effect of their actions and inactions.

I would tell you that I am moving from this country but the truth is, a) I am too old to make such a move now; and b) I simply don't know of an actual better country that is not similarly "idioticized."

As a result, I am left to think that I am lucky that I am drawing toward the end of my life and, at the same time, despairing about the prospects for my grandchildren. Perhaps I am over-reacting but I think otherwise.

Again, it is well worth the subscription. This does not surprise me in the slightest. I came of age during the Cold War when enemies knew who their enemies were. It is not like that now. Does our government serve us by first protecting us? Why is our government not held to account, is parliament broken along with a large swath of the media?

Glad to hear you’re feeling some better, Terry.

Thank you Terry this is terrific work. When the head of CSIS said those words it was the reason that Trudeau was using for putting in the Emergency Act as it did not meet the threshold for CSIS so Trudeau and his ministers broadened the threshold by themselves and then invoked it. I believe Biden was asking for the blockades to be stopped or it would interfere in the electric auto trade deal. Regardless the blockades were shut down before they enacted the Emergencies Act but they put it in anyway. Not an ounce of transparency was shown in the Inquiry by the Trudeau Government. It was to harm those who disagreed with their lockdowns and unscientific mandates. So the change was made not to stop foreign interference but to come down hard on Canadian protesters. Trudeau has nothing on the CCP when it comes to controlling the state. He then slammed in a further gun ban on legal gun owners. This has nothing to do with crime and everything to do with removing fire arms from the citizens. The WEF is all about using the technology for the surveillance state as well. Hence the WHO and UN had all leaders in the West Recently sign up for vaccine passports for travel. It has nothing to do with health or taking care of Canadians but it has everything to do with the same thing the CCP are doing and what Edward Snowden told the American people, what the CIA has been doing for years. If you have no idea who Edward Snowden is ( I am sure you do) look him up. He has spoken many times to Americans on the state of the security and the CIA’s surveillance of any and all of the American people in the guise it was watching out for terrorists. They can use spy ware, which we now hear the RCMP are doing as well. They can turn your phone speaker and camera on at anytime and listen in on conversations. I know this sounds surreal and perhaps not something that could happen, but it is. The head of CSIS is from Trudeau’s Privy Council as that is where he worked before he was appointed as the head of CSIS. I believe it was 2017.

I also heard that in Richmond BC with a population in mostly Chinese Canadians and where the casino that the money laundering was happening in, has cameras at every intersection and the people are being watched at all times. I am not sure where I heard this and I am thinking it was Sam Cooper but I can’t remember. I also heard that a Communist party member was running in the Election in BC as well. Again. Sam Cooper? Unsure.

We need more journalist like you and Sam, who are sturdy and strong on investigative journalism. PS thinking about the RCMP Security Head that was next to Luckie that was caught by the five eyes selling information to Iran. I have not heard if he has gone to trial or not. He went to the UBC and speaks Cantonese as well. I am unsure if it’s relevant but somehow I think it’s connected.

I am sorry I am prattling on but this has been of great interest to me so I have paid attention to Sam and read his book. I also hear him on the Roy Green Show and he was on Mike Campbell’s Money Talks just this Saturday. I guess I get all caught up in the excitement and do not know if this is helpful information as you already most likely know.

Love that you are looking at things and am waiting with bated breathe to hear any new findings. My god I am like a kid in a candy store.

I won't follow those journalists because I find it too depressing, though I am inspired by their courage. I will keep reading you though Terry. Thanks for getting into the weeds for us.

I wonder when Justin Trudeau is going to condemn the anti-lockdown protests happening in China. He has been clear that protests demanding changes to public policy are “very worrisome”.

In mid October I was told China and Saudi had ironed out an agreement to sell oil for renminbi, dated to start November 1. This would begin a very serious negative financial cascade on the US economy. The headline "Iran threatening to attack Saudi Arabia" began moving at the end of October. No deal announced.

Xi is set to visit Saudi in December. No question he's there to discuss that deal and potentially make an announcement.

It is not a coincidence protests are breaking out in China right now.

Great and depressing piece, Terry.

This is tangential, but do you know if there have been any updates on the Caylan Ford case? The last article from the Western Standard (only one reporting, it seems) is from September.
