It is the elite that are tied up in this mess. They have got richer by the minute. No way trudeau will step on their toes because of the money they make. People may think that cannot be but always follow the money.

According to Angus Reid today, Trudeau has a 40% approval rate in general with 48% among women over 54. His approval rate among Liberals is 81% and 53% among past NDP voters. Very strange considering the seriousness of what’s happening to the country.

Shocked, not shocked by Chow meeting with anyone and everyone she and her campaign team think might help get her over the finish line in a race that no longer includes John Tory, but instead 101 other "hopefuls", including one canine, if I recall. Heck of a way for you to be spending your birthday Terry. Best wishes.

The Ottawa Press Gallery is nothing more than the media arm of the Trudeau regime. Their credibility is completely shot and everyone knows it. The tragedy is they don't care, and few Canadians are willing to make the tough choices required today. The hard choices that are coming down the pike are going to be severe.

Hello Terry.

Great writing

It is always the money - even to Freeland not wanting to tell us the cost of the debt.

Trudeau and the Liberals have stooped to the lowest of lows when they will not even provide us with basic information.

My concern is you, me, and everyone else are speaking to the converted. People are accepting the lies of just another one from Trudeau. It is as if we have become resigned to the scandals, the lies, the elite taking us for a ride. I do not see this affecting the vote - look at what happened with $10 per day daycare. The younger generation voted for that, and therefore Trudeau. A grand promise that still needs to be completed. Neither has C02 reductions, the debt, and the list could go on come true. Another day, another dollar and deeper in debt.

We must figure out how to convince the populace that we need a change.

Since Trump and Covid, North America has been polarized, perhaps to the extent that one blindly supports their guy. I’m appalled when Trudeau lies or refuses to answer questions, or ignores institutions to which he’s accountable while same time, the grannies on Twitter adore him.

What I do not understand - is Trudeau has been accused of some pretty heinous crimes, from groping a reporter to blackface to some photos I found to getting caught in his lies, and people lower their moral standards to support the guy. It is not unlike the situation with Trump where he was found responsible for sexually abusing a woman, and women still support him. They, or anyone who supports a person who has done things illegally, immorally or unjust are saying that kind of behaviour is OK. And I believe that is a big part of our problems with politics today - we do not hold our politicians to any moral standard. Unfortunately, the only way we can is through the ballot box and by and large, I do not see people remembering this stuff and voting based on the moral high ground. They will grope onto some "promise" like $10 per day daycare - And that $10 per day daycare is actually costing each and every one of us more than if that program was not in place. They will ignore all the facts and vote him back in. But, we have to continue to try as the FACTS MATTER.

Some day some smart (non-partisan) political scientist will make a name for themselves outlining how Trudeau followed Obama in starting the populist race to the bottom.

Pretty sad commentary when we have to feel compelled to talk about our illustrious leader like this...

I don’t think people who upload sex videos of themselves onto Pornhub for all the world to see, are too concerned about a politician/groper. It’s a new and different morality out there. We have little traditional right and wrong any more. It’s about how one approaches colour and race now and his fans have forgiven Trudeau for Blackface because his privilege made him do it.

Really great work Terry and super informative. I am with you on I believe that it is too late for Canada as the capture happened some time ago. I am curious if you think that there is a strong connection between the Liberal/NDP backed Marxist cultural Revolution that is apparent and happening with in our country and has invaded everyone of our Institutions, within every Province across this country. Most notably BC , Ontario, Toronto, and Montreal, being totally captured by the cultural Marxist ideology so prevalent in the Liberal and NDP Party. It is in the very style of Mao’s cultural Revolution. The removal of our history, the division of all Canadian’s by race, sex, and political views, meant to distract while the powers that be reorganize our entire financial and cultural world. From trying to control the food supply, resources, our finances, censorship of speech, and the collusion with the Corporate Media to aid them in dividing Canadian’s, while spreading continuous propaganda against their political opponents. Even jailing, freezing property, and bank accounts. If indeed Ms Chow is versed in the history of China and its Revolution one would think she would notice it happening all around her. Unfortunately she is a member of the NDP Party which is as deeply involved in pushing the cultural Revolution as the Liberals as they have all been compromised. Many Conservatives as well, to which I would suggest are those Conservatives of the Red Tories, such as Charest. The name seems reasonable not in that they are Liberal light, but Liberal Red. They too have been captured. They are on the same page as the other progressive parties, and hold tight the ideological cultural change which is with in the very footsteps of Mao’s cultural Revolution which did cause massive starvation and the murder of millions of China’s own people. Or Is it just us conspiracy theorists that see this for what it is, or those just seeing it for what it is becoming. It seems the Conspiracy Theorists are way ahead of the regular people as we look into all aspects of what is happening around us instead of waiting for it to slap us in the face. Do you see it as well now? Or is it just all us folks spreading all the misinformation and disinformation that must be censored that are able to see the obvious?

The World Economic Forum has a plan for a new way for people to co-exist. In order for it to be implemented, individual rights must be taken away. Covid gave Trudeau the opportunity to begin a process of the kind of control needed to move that agenda forward. The Trucker’s Convoy gave him the opportunity to freeze bank accounts, and with the press painting them as trouble makers, people including some in my family thought they deserved it. The average person whether because Canada has so far been a successful country or because of a lack of understanding about what the real Trudeau agenda is seems reasonably accepting of what the LPC and the NDP are dishing out.

Agreed, but it was China to lead the new world order under the Social Credit system where by if you were a good little citisen they would allow you access to housing, your money, health care, travel, etc. If you disobey you will be removed from these, just as we see happening in Canada today. If you have no vaccine, no job, if you do not obey the dictate of Government, your bank accounts are frozen, if your really disliked (for your views) you are removed from the banking system completely. This is already happening in this country. Same with health care etc. The emergencies are to distract as are the divisions until they have all the technology into place. Then we shall live under constant servalence with their digital ids, facial recognition, tracking, digital currency, and digital passports. The destraction of the people is necessary while they bring in all the essential technology hence the cultural revolution to ensure all people with all perversions and idealogy are brought into the fold. They must make the population easy to control, what and where they spend their money, where they live, access to healthcare and work. They are speaking of guarenteed income again. Then they can control every aspect of our lives. You will have no privacy, you will own nothing, and you will be happy or else. Ah but they will cancel you just for saying such things. Its but Conspiracy Theories just as is George Soros constant destruction of all democracies around the world. You get removed, cancelled, as it is not even allowed to be spoken of, even in Parliament. If the world Economic Forum is brought up they are silenced and the conversation stops. Nothing but Conspiracy theories that are seemingly all coming true. Its the reason for the destruction of our nation and the reconstruction of their ideal utopia. For those in power that is, for the peons its utter slavery, drugs, or euthanasia. You pick.

I’m not sure which came first, the China social credit system or the WEF plan. However at a time when the West, specifically the UK, is implementing 15 minute cities and limiting when and where you can travel by automobile, Chinese are waiting in line to buy cars and the government is speedily building super highways.

As always Glavin cuts to the Chase (no pun intended) on Beijing’s influence operations.

As always follow the money and the Direct investment by Beijing’s princeling class will make our own domestic economic decoupling or de-risking near impossible given their control over domestic real estate and hard assets.

If they have a turn toward democracy and Canada then that would be a win but Beijing’s monitoring class(UFW/MSS) would make that highly problematic would be a win
